My puppy is biting the leash! How I can correct their behavior?
I have a week old Lab puppy 11. He is very intelligent and efficient catch. However, I am having problems with the training teaches you to walk with a leash. He focuses more on biting the leash and not walk. I can use constantly tries to keep its approach to the belt and walking. We have been going at it for almost three days now, but I was wondering if there are other training methods a puppy on how to walk on a leash without biting him? Volume in mind that teething and wanting to chew everything, but there must be a way to correct this … Also, what are some good deals on puppies? I was using hot dogs, but my dog had a bad reaction to them. My vet said that the use Cheerios, but his attention span is shorter compared to the hot dog. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
I've done with my dogs, ie "no" and give a slap on the belt (even in your mouth ..) once we go, praise him. you also can take the strap to your dog and make it smells … each time it is going to nip it, tell her no … every time he goes for another toy, praise him.
