Can a car company out to inspect the current living space before renting to us in another room.?
My family and I are like most Americans and have money problems. We decided to sell our house went off and move to a car to save money. The rental company agreed to allow our dog in the car. Now they want to come and inspect our current house dog damage before they rent to us. I live in California. Is this legal?, Is allowed?, just common practice?
That is perfectly legal, especially if they have always possessed and have no rental history so they can leave. If you had any history of rent asked if there was ever pet damage.
