stray dogs kill couple
My university is going to have a couple of stray dogs put to sleep. Given the following data, is it legal?

Dogs have lived on campus for more than two years. The veterinary school regularly gives shots / medical attention, and then releases them on campus. Now, suddenly, we heard these dogs are going to continue for 72 hours and if no one comes forward as the "owner", then put to death. I think that if an institution decides take on a pair of animals for several years … is immoral and sociopathic suddenly captured and held for 72 hours and eventually kill them. Am I missing something?

Most towns, cities and counties have leash laws that serve 24 / 7. I'm pretty sure your veterinarian school had no room to house these dogs for a long time, or people interested in adopting or fostering them. It was the institution decided to treat the dogs, the employees, teachers or students so decided. Besides, I'm sure someone complained about the dogs. This is why they were collected. The 72-hour legal standard and will be held nationwide. They are missing a lot of information. The decision to "capture and hold" these animals not likely capricious, immoral, or sociopaths. So either find homes (foster or adoptive) or let the case.
